At NomadBrit LDT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item(s) if they meet the following conditions:
- Return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Unfortunately, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
🔁 Return Process
- Contact us at support@nomadbrit.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Package the item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
♻️ Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We offer exchanges for eligible products. To process an exchange:
- Follow the same return process.
- Indicate the desired replacement item or size in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
We will provide the designated return address upon approval of your return request.
